This service is designed for formal celebrations at Hawaii's premier estates, hotels, and private venues. We serve as the ceremony anchor, ensuring that despite the scale and logistics of the day, your union remains the most meaningful part of the production.

WHAT TO EXPECT
THE STORYTELLING PROCESS: Using our deep-dive signature questionnaire, we act as your curator. We distill your journey into a custom script where every word is intentional and every moment is crafted to reflect your specific vibe.
THE NARRATIVE ANCHOR: We don't just 'stand there.' We hold space', ensuring the ceremony has a sophisticated rhythm and a good energy from start to finish.
THE TEAM: Your ceremony will be performed by a professional, state-registered officiant who share the same passion for bespoke storytelling. We are team players who coordinate with your Wedding Planner on choreography and your DJ on microphone cues to ensure the sound and flow are seamless for your guests.
THE LOGISTICS: We arrive before your guests to greet you both and check in with the Planner. Before the ceremony you can find us mingling with the guests and blending in. Expert marriage license guidance for making it legal across all 50 States (and internationally!) with immediate digital filing with the State of Hawaii.
THE DETAILS: At Oahu Officiant, we believe that the most memorable ceremonies are found in the details. To ensure a seamless and bespoke aesthetic we offer an exclusive menu of in-house additions. By booking through our boutique service, you secure a cohesive look and feel, managed by the same team that understands your love story.

ROLE
Storyteller and legal expertise. Arrives with enough time to check in with the photographer and set up (45 minute time slot in our calendar)
Director and coordinator liaison. Arrives before the guests to check in with the couple, coordinator, and get mic'd and ready for cues. Occupies a 1 hour and 15 minute time slot in our calendars.
