HI, I'M NICOLE

YOUR OAHU OFFICIANT

ABOUT ME

This California transplant couldn’t be happier to have found herself living and loving on the Island of Oahu (and I’d love to help you do the same!). I consider myself a bit of a pro at immersing myself whatever the geographical location I am in (did anyone else think being Samantha Brown from Travel Channel was life goals?) Let me give you the inside scoop on the best place to say ‘I do.’

My journey into becoming an ordained minister began when I married my dad (okay that sounds weird let me explain) - I officiated the marriage of my dad to my stepmom. See, being unique and avante-garde runs in the family and the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. So when my dad wanted to get married at the ruins of the Sutro Baths in San Francisco I immediately became ordained to make his dream a reality.

I thought my officiating was a one-time occurrence but fate had other plans. My photographer partner (Drake Wallace Photography - Oahu) kept booking more and more proposals. Which meant I got to tag a long to more and more proposals. More and more proposals led to PROposal Hawaii (leave your PROposal to the PROs). First comes love, then comes - well you know how the rhyme goes! We started booking more and more elopements and vow renewals! Okay we are all caught up to speed now.

I have a Masters of Divinity in Church History - and before you think I am a traditionalist I should warn you I write a lot about female saints and occult folklore during the Medieval Period. I feel that this appreciation and knowledge of several different faiths and the histories behind them, gives me a perspective that can acknowledge your unique history and how to best put that into words.

When I’m not officiating you can catch me surfing badly in Waikiki, solo hiking Oahu’s ridges, lounging at home with my pet rabbit, looking for seashells on land and by sea, or chilling at a coffee shop reading.
